Inspired by the observation of a distributed time delay in nonlinear response an optical resonator, we investigate effects similar on noise-driven mechanical oscillator. For that is commensurate with inverse dissipation rate, find stable limit cycles. longer delays, discover regime chaotic dynamics associated double scroll attractor.
